OB Connect Significantly Improves the Standard of Care for Pregnant Moms
[Dallas, TX]: Jollitot, Inc. today announced OB Connect, a new telehealth product for remote patient monitoring. OB Connect is a virtual care platform that offers a new way for OB/GYNs and midwives to get health data from patients who are in one location, usually their home, and electronically transmit that information securely to the health care provider in a different location for assessment and recommendations.
“With the growth of telehealth in the aging, senior population, it made sense to us that the same type of technology can be extremely beneficial much earlier in a baby’s life,” says Sean Usman, Co-Founder & CEO at Jollitot, Inc. “We have been experiencing high maternal and infant mortality rates in the U.S., a shortage of doctors, and a lack of immediate access to care for pregnant women especially in remote areas of the country. There is definitely room for improvements in the health care system and we believe our technology is a helpful solution.”
Benefits of OB Connect
• Provide a way to offer higher quality care and enhanced communication between patient and health care provider.
• Safely reduce the number of visits per patient during their pregnancy.
• Unlock an unutilized revenue stream for medical practices.
• Uses remote monitoring, which is fully covered by Medicaid & health insurance.
OB Connect will be available starting March 2, 2020. For more information on OB Connect, visit www.jollitot.com/doctor-midwives/.
